How to Keep fit and lead a Healthy and Happy LIFE!
Eat well to keep fit and lose weight in a right way!
Eating well and fasting periodically keep one healthy and maintain weight.
Usually eat only vegetable soup as breakfast and take a light lunch which will not lead me to a snap. nd as dinner is easy with fruits in summer and skimmed milk or buttermilk in other seasons.
To explain my statement in detail clarification is added :
Take a handful of vegetables (approximately 250 grams) like carrot, beans (either country or hybrid ones), some beetroot (to color), some pieces of ash goud or any juicy vegetable containing Vitamin 'C'. Boil and add some spices like pepper, salt, jeera and some cardamom to flavor. Garnish with mint or curry leaves.
DON'T take any coffee or tea in between breakfast and lunch, as it will take you to REVERSE to WEIGHT LOSS.
Take lunch at right time, only when you feel hungry. Do not postpone or prepone the lunch time beyond thirty minutes either way.
It will lead you to ulcer gradually in a period of time, if you are not aware as it works along with your age and health conditions. It could not be predicted when will it develop.
Moreover it will harm mainly after the age of 35.
Lunch will be with all nutrients that will supply you adequate energy needed. Take any food munching to paste in your mouth and then pass it to next level as it will increase your saliva intake which will ease digestion.
For dinner take as much of fruits and vegetables and much before your bedtime ( i.e. two hours before you go to sleep). In the meantime take ample plain water and avoid snacks - oily or fatty. So also avoid any beverage.
This will lead a healthy life as well as you will retain your health and weight to your age and height. This will go a long way in maintaining your healthy life to keep you fit as an ordinary healthy man free from all diseases and to carry on normal activities without fatigue.
