Check Completion Before Claiming Task Credits
I made a mistake today. Yes, I admit it. I completed a Task Campaign of Tweeting a message. I claimed the credits before I checked to see if the tweet went through. For some odd reason, it did not register. My apologies to Ruediger Schaefer. I did not mean to waste your time and effort on my mistake. I have went back and corrected the situation and tweeted your message. Please accept my apology.
Lesson Learned: Check to be sure you have completed the task BEFORE claiming the credits.

@Ruediger - I did correct my mistake and went in to Twitter directly to Tweet for you. No worries on the credits. It was my intentions to Tweet for you so I made sure I did just that.
Good thing Mistakes are there to be made...lol....I make my share.
@skycom - If you just look, you will find some very honest and hard working people out here in Internet land. APSense is one of the best communities I have found.

Cheryl, thank you for the hint. Another way to promote others members is to share their contributions on other networks.

@Ruediger You can't exchange credits but you can promote a blog of revpage etc for someone else by clicking the orange 'promote it' link in the upper right corner.
I do this often for other members who have created good content that I think deserves to be seen.

Hi Catherine,
No need to be worried, everything's fine to me. In Germany, there's a saying that goes like this (literally translated): Mistakes are there to be made ... if you just learn something from it. Rest assured that I checked your Twitter profile for the required tweet, but it wasn't there at this moment. Maybe I declined too fast! However, I'll try to spend some credits on your campaigns. Unfortunately there seem to be no possibility to transfer credits :-(

A big oops on my part was correct.
The requirements were very clear and I actually did complete the task before claiming the credits. But, I did not check to see if it posted, which it had not.
I know how frustrating it can be to put out a task campaign and have many try to claim credits without completing the task. Very Frustrating.
I love how APSense has given us the ability to deny the credits. I am just sorry I wasted Mr Schaefer's time when I rushed to claim mine.

I had a glitch once the other way around. A member had done his task but for some reason i could not assign him credits. I solved it by spending some credits on a campaign of his choice

I notice that several people do that and the task is made very clear on my campaigns. Occasionally it is an oops such as in Catherine's case, more often I think it is a case of not reading the campaign task completely or trying to pull a fast one.
Whenever a Do a subscribe to campaign I very clearly state that "You must subscribe BEFORE you submit the task requirement to claim credits and still over half those that join the campaign claim credits without completing the task and wonder why th

I have noticed that in my campaigns there have been some uncompleted tasks.
Some of those have tried to tell me that the task is completed but when I go to check if, for example they subscribed or joined, there is no sign of their joining the group.
Maybe I haven't made the task clear. Something to consider next time I set up a new Task Campaign.
