Get ready for the new year AND the new tax laws!

ATTENTION:
I am NEITHER an accountant NOR a lawyer, so consult your own
people, concerning these matters...


The US IRS will require ALL US-based payment processors (ie
- Paypal) to report any member with more than 200 payments
to their accounts (no matter the dollar amount or where they
came from) AND $20,000 or more.


Across the web, admins and owners will be instituting new
reporting measures, during the upcoming year.


Naturally, they will choose NOT to pay your share of taxes
(on commissions, gifts, bonuses, etc.).


YES, many will procrastinate, so it may take most of the
year for them to implement their procedures, but rest
assured, they will have them in place, prior to the end of 2011.


This reporting information will be sent to the IRS in
January of 2012... and will contain any earnings paid to you
during the year 2011.


And, YES... the IRS will expect your 1099 reporting to match
the 1099s that you receive.
