Tip for building relationships at APSense : don't claim credits on your friends campaigns

When you see a campaign launched by one of your friends here at APSense, don't jump on it to claim the credits.

Open the campaign, if it's a blog or a RevPage, do post a comment, praise your friend.

But don't claim the credits.

Your friend will appreciate the gesture.

One more advantage of acting like this : the campaign will be seen by one more person.

It might be the start of a new business relationship for your friend.

Chances are, it will be for you two, cause your friend will talk about his/her friends at APSense to the new contact.

This tip might make a big difference in your business future.

Maybe not this time. But next time. Or the next. Or the next.

You never know.

Remember, building an online business is a long term project.

Always think long term.

In all honesty unless if it just a blog etc I'd rather have those credits go to a friend than a credit thief. I also do a little something else when I come across good posts a lot of times I will run a campaign for that post.

So I don't mind claiming a few credits from a friend's campaign because if they are a friend, sooner or later I will be giving those credits back by creating a campaign on their behalf.
