I think Yahoo does not give out the information due to privacy laws.
Is an electronic Will valid? As far as I know a Will must be printed out, signed and witnessed to be valid. You can't leave it in a word document on your computer.

No one wants to think about dying however it is good to have someone you trust prepared to shut down all your online accounts just as they should do with all your offline accounts. It can take years for your name to be added to the Death Registry and meanwhile account hijackers and identity thieves can have a field day at your (deceased) expense.
