As Kooday enters Phase 2 and the site becomes more comlex the questions become
more plentiful.. and rightly so. To understand a site and get the maximum benefit for yourself you must ask questions and you must know the right answers...

To this end Kooday has set up a great Kooday Answers link.. with almost every thing you can think of to where is my url to how do I maximise my earnings..  Well done..Very smart to have it all on their site and not so members are floundering and coming up with assumptions.....which leads to many bad decisions.

The latest question on everyones lips at Kooday is the One of linking... Do I or Dont I...?
Kooday says that
*they will count how many times an advertiser has paid to link to your keywords
*It is important to choose words that advertisers and others will want to link to your words
*Part of the payment calculation will be considering the number of Paid Links from any Advertisers.
thus
So then is it ideal to link your own sites to your keywords?... I mean its free to do that.. so thats a better choice!OR IS IT?  But then consider this if you have a paying advertiser linking to your site..
1 you earn revenue from the advertiser
2 the webcrawlers will credit you with having a valid keyword ie one that has value
3 It is adding revenue to the site and for Kooday this is the important part... If a link does not have advertising value or revenue value.. Kooday and the webcrawlers will not recognize it as a valid keyword...

So ultimately where does this leave you.... my suggestion is to visit official Kooday Answers page and read all the facts.

Visit the forums and discuss your concerns with others... two of the best ones I know are here... http://kooday.forumotion.in/index.htm  and the Kooday discussion forum here  http://kooday.lefora.com/.

Have a good look at your words if you feel they have little  keyword or linking value dont invest too much into them. They still may be useful for some profit sharing in the early stages but once the second phase is well and truly established you need keywords that the webcrawlers will validate.  Do some research and invest in some that will reward you.
Dont look for the obvious like Company names... look around you and think outside of your own square! and do your keyword research.
After that enjoy the experience that is Kooday!
