I thought that I would share some of my research that I did when I wanted to set up an internet business. I tried several mentor programs. The ones that I utterly despise I won't mention because I believe that it is bad karma to talk negatively about something, or someone that is not around to defend themselves. However, what I did learn from these ventures was what I wanted out of my business.
The first key thing that I realized was that I needed someone that would respond to all of my questions. There is nothing worse than someone telling you the system works like this. You join me, and then you join these 5 different affiliate programs. You market the main program and have the people that sign up under you join the same programs. I am the kind of person that wants to know why I belong to something, and what the business is, and how it works. So I get the idea if you sign up for my main program and then the 5 affiliate programs after you, I am making you money. This one program at least once a week would send me other MLM's to join, so again the only person that is getting rich is the person who was to be mentoring me. To me that is not a mentor-ship, but rather being fleeced.
A true partnership involves people coming together with the common goal of the group as a whole. If I am not successful, well then you are not successful either. These types of mentoring involve actually picking up the phone to check on you, or sending you an email. Its finding something that works and then sharing that with the collective group. Or developing a guizmo that is able to organically drive web traffic to your site, and giving it to you for free. The exact opposite of finding something new and hot, and asking you to buy something every time you open you email. I much more enjoy the emails now, that say look what we discovered. Its already loaded on your website, watch the instruction video and profit.
I was very blessed to find this opportunity, because shortly after signing up I was injured on a flight. Now I can sit for too long or stand for too long. Even being new to this community everyone has been so supportive in helping my business grow. Not to mention all the kind emails I receive from other members checking up on me. To find a community that has at all times someone live, waiting to close your sales for you is something that I could never afford to pay out of my own pocket. There are 75 people who do this and their wages at minimum wage alone is a staggering figure, but they volunteer their time for FREE.
Dr. J. Lant is an amazing man with a lifetime of knowledge about how the internet works and how to make money on the internet. He is a Harvard graduate and he personally holds web-cast to show others how they too can profit online. Then there is George Kosch our millionaire boot camp instructor. His teaching alone is worth the small monthly fee that I pay to be a membership. (it is a membership site kinda like Sam's club) He is a genius and actually develops the software that we get for free that has automated each of our businesses and we got all of them for free. (the magic list builder, the auto-responders, the seo linking system that has all of our websites at number one on all the search engines. Last but certainly not least is Sandi Hunter an advertising guru and an award winning website designer. She designs all of our websites as part of the membership fee. If I were to add up everything that I received at World Profit and paid for all of what I get for free on my own, it would equate to over 3,000.00 a month.
The part that makes me feel the best about my investment is all of the wonderful support I have received during this difficult time in my life. I also have a business that runs itself freeing up my time for physical therapy and doctor's appointments. They also have been in business for over 16 years helping people just like you and me finally become successful online. There is no better feeling that actually putting money back into your bank after being scammed so many times. They are also accredited by the BBB and that takes years of due diligence and opening up all their books and putting all the employees under the microscope. I have looked at other opportunities, and haven't once seen this logo on any other opportunity.
Sandi Hunter has designed the websites, so people like me who are not tech savy, can add all the opportunities that they belong to. This I have learned is called piggybacking, and what it means for you, is not only does your world profit site go to number one in the search engines, so does the piggy back sites.
I am a Christian and I read the Bible every morning, and at night. I am at church whenever the doors are open because where I spend eternity means a lot to me. Therefore, I would not recommend a program lightly. I believe that World Profit is the answer to all my prayers especially now when I am so hurt. It is the one thing that I have not had to give up because of my injuries, and the one thing that allows me to feel sane.
