I am hooked

Social networking is quite interesting since I started on social sites 4 years ago, first at My space, then in Tagged, later in Apsense and lately in facebook, I have made many many online friends and over 60% of them genuine, since then I have been frequently online chatting, building business relationship, promoting my business, discussing topics of mutual interest. Advice to newbies is do not focus on pushing your online business on social sites its the easiest way to build mistrust amongst other online users, I suggest you chat about things in general, know your  contacts their interest, needs, difficulties and slowly as the relation builds you can introduce your business programs to the contact you in frequent touch with, of course if your contact tries to introduce you to his online program etc, it will give you  an opportunity to mutually agree on each others programs, though I doubt such a situation would be  very fruitful as it will be that both parties are only interested in their own business rather than build up a good social relationship.
