Expose yourself

By now some of you know what I am about in this world of online marketing and networking, and if you do not know read my profile or look into my Business Center, but to give you a brief description, I am all about health and fitness.

You can see the companies I belong to on my profile. I spent 8 years in the United States Army. Deployed twice (Albania for 4 months, and then Iraq/kuwait for 2 years back in 2003 when the war started.)

I have been sober, coming up on 2 and a half years this coming 15th (a day before my 43rd birthday) and I couldnt be any happier. Took a long time to get to where I am now, but I made it in one piece, just like I made it back form the middle east in one piece. Mind you mentally, it took a few years to adjust (hence a recovering alcoholic now) but I made it and I couldnt be happier.

Some are probably wondering why am I sharing such personal things...well for one I have n problem sharing what I have been through....of course no details, but I can say that I made mistakes like everyone else, but have overcome them, and being an online networker, I think its more important to promote yourself than what you are into. If people you network with want to be one of your prospects dont you think you should know who you are dealing with?

So with that said, you have an idea of who I am. Dont be a stranger people, and remember, expose yourself first before exposing your business. You might be better for it!
