Hello Darlene I hope you're having a great day. Thanks for your comments. I probably am wrong by now because the amount was from a report from 30 days ago so the actual amount is probably higher now. Many people who have lost jobs have been living on their credit cards. 39% is supposed to be illegal but what the banks have done is set up their home offices in either South Dakota or Delaware which are the only two states that don't have a usury law which enables the credit card companies to chage
