I much more like to see the focus put on learning how to better cope with reality, using objective observation, applying critical analysis and having honest dialogs among REAL friends who see the enormous value in developing your mind so one can put emotionality in it's right place, instead of letting the dream makers sell you a lot of hype about positive energy or the religious types try to give you
