Facebook has launched a new mobile site  0.facebook.com,that promises to relieve users of data charges associated with using their iPhones and other smartphones.0.facebook.com, is made specifically for mobile devices, and eliminates charges associated with data usage. The site is already available in a mobile version, but unlike 0.facebook.com, there will be costs for usage.
