Microsoft picks Infosys for tech support

Microsoft has outsourced its internal technical  support to  Infosys,The deal says Infosys to take over responsibility for managing Microsoft's IT help desk and desk-side services operations, along with infrastructure and application support,as well as servicing the company's applications, devices and databases in more than 100 countries. Infosys will also assist Microsoft in deploying its own technology including the newly launched Windows 7 OS.
