What this sytem does, is create backlinks to your Blogger Blog, which is the main vehicle to drive traffic to your offer. This drives your blogs up the Google rankings and provides Google with information which indicates that your Blogger site is highly relevant as other blogs have linked to it.
This is simple and very effective.
