Read or Click to Pay Programs: Do They Really Pay Money
Almost daily, I encountered various pay to read and pay to click programs (PTR-PTC) that promise varying payment schemes. There are offers of $0.005 per click, $05 per click or even $1 per click.
Recently, there is one program that says, they are paying $10 per read email and the payout is $10,000. I am just wondering how they can pay money to their subscribers. Are there advertisers who are willing to pay $10 Per click? Just thinking...

Really now do you believe that? I have one rule in these programs....
If it is too good to be true, ITS PROBABLY NOT TRUE..
