As you will find out Today, Saturday, May 15, 360 is launching some of the world's most innovative products to support your good health.
If you're planning a 360 Launch Party, be sure to offer your guests healthy refreshments rather than food and drink that detract from the overall healthy
message of the event.
The recipes below were provided by our good friend, Mr. USA John DeFendis, who you will be hearing more from on May 15.

Ultra Fit Smoked Tuna Dip
Ingredients:
 1 can low-sodium tuna (drained)
 1 tablespoon light spectrum canola mayonnaise
 Juice of 1 lemon
 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke (get the one that has only 10 mg sodium)
 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
 fresh dill or green onions to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Liquid Smoke.
2. Blend in food processor.
3. Serve with sliced jalapeno peppers or add fresh dill or green onions.
4. Serve on no-salt Matzoh crackers.

Ultra Fit Chili

Ingredients:
Choose your meat:
2 pounds ground London broil or 2 pounds extra lean ground turkey breast or 2 pounds ground chicken breast
3 jars Enrico's No Salt Chunky Salsa
2 cans Eden Organic No Salt, Fat-Free Pinto Beans
2 cans Eden Organic No Salt, Fat-Free Kidney Beans
2 cans Eden Organic No Salt, Fat-Free Black Beans
Choose your seasonings:
Make your own chili powder using chili pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic power or 5 Alarm Chili Starter Kit: use each packet of seasonings EXCEPT the salt or McCormick's

Dark Chili Powder
Preparation:
1. Begin cooking the meat in a large saucepot.
2. When meat is halfway browned, add the salsa and beans.
3. Cook thoroughly.
4. Add your choice of seasonings.

Ultra Fit Cold Pasta Salad
Ingredients :
1 16 oz box of dry pasta
1 green pepper
1 head broccoli
1 zucchini
black pepper to taste
1 cup no-salt, no-fat Italian dressing
Preparation:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on the box, drain, and let cool.
2. Slice vegetables.
3. Mix pasta and vegetables and season to taste.
4. Add dressing.
5. Refrigerate before serving.
