MEDITATION : WHAT IS MEDIATION & HOW TO MEDITATE ?
Hi every body,
let us discuss what is actually meditation?
Is it physical exercise and can be done by the doing some posture and excise or yoga or any other part of today's existing formulation ?
No
As per the discoveries, the process is called Dieing before death and to collect the diet for the soul, which is divine light and celestial music of the sphere, the actual meditation is to collect our original Soul's current at the seat of the soul ( which at the inner point at the center of the distant between both the eyes at your forehead) by disconnected the outer world and invert our self to wards the inner path. To be connected with the inner light and sound ( THE CELESTIAL MUSIC OF THE SPHERE) which is available in each and every human body.
How we can disconnect from the outer world ?
Very easy, to do so we got to stable our all the five senses, which are seeing, listening,smelling, the sense of touch and the sense of taste & to keep the body and mind stable.
How we can do this?
Simple, select the timing when the environment is calm & quite
there is very less sound in the outer world. which is early in the morning or during the night. Make sure that you are free from the daily work load.
There are two parts or ways to meditate:
FIRST PART:
Sit at any part of your own house, in any comfortable posture, where other movement are restricted so that you should not be disturbed.
Close your all the five senses by stabling your body first, closing your eyes, once you are in a closed environment , your other senses will be stable. slowly close your eyes as you are going to sleep but be conscious, when you closed your eyes , keep your vision at the center of the front screen with your inner eyes, carry on focusing at the center with stable body. by keeping your both the eye bolls straight,
when you will be doing this your mind will start diverting you by giving you different thoughts, give the mind to chant some word, let it be your own lords name. Spend some time like 15 to 30 minutes regularly, daily, the time will come you willbe able to see different lights and the other divine regions, slowly slowly you will see the progress.
You are advised not to share your inner experiences with any body.
Second Part:
Sit on the chair of dining table, keep your both the elbow on the dining table and put your both the thumb on the ear holes to block the outer sound, fingers on forehead with closed eyes, sit straight with stable body, and keep your concentration on the inner main sound coming from the right side of your body
by listening the inner main sound keep your vision at the center with closed eyes and forget about the outer world and even your own body, enjoy the inner sound / music of the sphere, practice daily , the time will come that you will be able to listen different inner sounds.
By doing this you are feeding your own soul by collecting energy( diet of the soul), and soul to be strengthen and once the soul is strengthen, your mind and body will be strengthen also.
To get good results of your efforts you got to do this regularly . Try to do it at the same time and at the same place initially.
