Working Hard and Getting Nothing
Many people work very hard in network marketing and have nothing to show
for it. They call all their friends and relatives and find that people
do their best to dodge them. People are burned out and do not want
anything to do with network marketing.
What many people do not realize is they have the right idea but not the right information to help them.
Most people who are successful in network marketing know that it works. However, they also know the right information to make it work. They understand their compensation plans and have read their policies and procedures. They have learned to search for a company that is best for them.
Why be in a company that the cards are stacked against us?
Company A shows us that in order to make a 10,000 dollar residual income we need about 6,600 people in our downline. Company B shows us that we need about 400 people in our downline. Company B will give us more success than company A.
In order to come up with the answer to the 10,000 dollar question we need to learn to read our compensation plans. We need to learn to calculate so we know what company we are in.
When we cannot find the compensation plan or policies and procedures we need to run from that company. If we have to join a company in order to obtain our compensation plan and or policies and procedures we need to run.
Finding the right information and training to obtain skills needed in network marketing are not that difficult. Many information and training are free. An E-book that has helped me is a book called Success in 10 Steps by Michael Dlouhy.
