If you want get your respec where to go in Star Trek Online ?
All character(star trek gold) receive one free respec token when they log in, but they must visit a respec trainer to access the respec tool. These trainers are in the center of Earth Space Dock, K7, Ganalda Sation, and near the sparring ring on Qo'Nos.

If you are a lifetime subscriber , how do you access the Captains Table?
Once you have claimed your secret access codes from the C-Store, then you can access the Captains Table bar by entering the spacial anomaly outside of Earth Space Dock or Q'onos. In order to be allowed through, you need to redeem your Passport under "Special Unlocks" of the C-store. You will also notice a shiny Combadge in the Character(Star Trek Online Powerleveling) Tailor now.

What happened with the Pre-Patching ?
There was a bug discovered when the Season One patch was applied to Holodeck such that it didn't recognize the pre-patch. Anyone who attempted to patch before this was fixed had their pre-patch nuked (which totally blows). Fortunately, the team found the issue and resolved it and the pre-patch is now working for players as expected.

Where are the C-Store items?
The webstore team is working to get these items up and working. We have some reports that the items cannot be claimed yet, and they are working on it. All items expected to be function before end of day. Some items have been pulled until all functionality has been confirmed.

Where are the new ships?
Not all new ship variants will be available for purchase at the C-Store with this update. Many of the new ships are scheduled to be released over the next few months. Here are the tentative release dates:
Cruiser - Sovereign variant - March 25 (available now)
Escort - Prometheus variant - April 1
Science - Destiny variant - April 15
Cruiser - Emissary variant - April 29
Escort - Dervish variant - May 13
Science - Luna variant - May 27 .
