Time is very short
Missed doing it
How often has it happened that we have faced this problem of not being able to complete certain jobs at hand for paucity of time.
It has happened with me quite a number of times, and I am sure there would be many like me sharing or facing this .At least I have come across a number of such individuals.
Well there will remain twenty four hours every day ,no matter what happens.Right.And that means we would have to either hurryup things or forget completing some of them. That would result in many jobs not being done properly and many getting left behind. And these could include very important ones also.Reason being,we tend to attend to just about any job first, proceeding in a non systematic fashion.
Allow me to suggest some solution.
Every morning when you getup and are about to start brushing yor teeth ,look into the mirror, smile, and say --
a new day with new opportunities to be attended to.
There after, sit down and form a to-do list.Priortise.Meaning,most important things first, least important things last.
Carry this list with you.As soon as a job gets completed, cross it from the list.Let this process go on during the day. At the end of the day you will find that most of the important work has been completed.
Time permitting, least important things can be attended to towards the end of the day.

I do use this process but in a more structured manner. I make a list and then allot a certain amount of time for things on my list. For example I do a lot of appointment setting, I allot 3 to for hours a day for this because it is the most important thing that I do. I allot my time out in this way for everything on the list and when the time is up I move on to the next thing on the list and spend the allotted time on that.
No I may not accomplish everything but I do accomplish most if not

Time management has so simply been put across by Upendra. Actually we all know the priorities but have not been able to develop the right habits. Many of us tend to attend to easier things first.
