I've had some very Valuable Learning Experiences from every JOB / BUSINESS / CAREER CHOICE I've had in the Past ... and  Present ...

in Various Fields of Business

 

I'm Highly Skilled in Many Technologies and have a very clear understanding of common Corporate Policies and Procedures ... which I choose to follow ...

 

The Most Valuable Lessons I've Learned were those Moments that "DEFINED ME" ...  Moments that "showed" My Character ... that tested my Composure in Hi-Pressure situations

Moments when I Realized > WHO I AM ... WHAT I BELIEVE IN ...

WHAT I AM CAPABLE OF

So, Instead of listing the "verifiable references" ( you can get that if we do Business) ... I understand that it makes more sense to allow you to SEE the Personality of someone you may need to rely-on in the future for Successful Completion of a Project, Task ... Or ... Successful  Business Operation

 

I know many things ...yet ... My thirst for knowledge is Never quenched

 

I think of Friendships and Business Relations in somewhat similar ways ...

Bottom Line ... What can we DO for each other ...  isn't that the TRUTH ?

 

The whole "POINT" of Friendships / Partnerships / Employee-Employer Relationships / any Relationship ? is each Individual making a Positive Contribution to Another Individual's LIFE ...

 

 

Friendships > makes me laugh ... I enjoy their personality ... got my "back" ... etc.

Partnerships & Employee/Employer Relationships > each provides Assets the other benefits from ....

 Positive Contributions to Each

Here's what I have to Offer :

With more than two Decades of Experience in the Successful Management of Business Operations in Fields such as Retail, Distribution, & Manufacturing ... the Most Valuable Assets I have to Offer Consistently in a Business Relationship are:

Unwavering Self-Confidence ... If another Human can Do it, I can Learn to Master it also ... I'm Capable of Learning, Understanding, and Mastering  Any Type of Procedure that requires Physical Movement ( which is basically Everything)... especially Repetitive Movements ... with Speed & Efficiency in Production ... Focused on both Cost & Time Management ...

I just need to "understand" it ... once I have a Clear Understanding of EXACTLY what it is that is expected of Me, and understand clearly all the steps I need to take to Accomplish the Tasks Successfully ... I Get It Done

I Believe in Raises / Monetary Compensation Based on Performance, not Length of Employment

In an Application Process, I have the Desire to write-in HUMAN in the "RACE" section of the Application instead of checking the "appropriate" Box ...

I'm most "comfortable" in a Setting surrounded by Creative, Passionate,  & Playful Professionals who Share Positive Outlooks and don't waste-time

I often think of the Story of Lancelot ... ( not the part about taking Arthur's Wife) ... I'm talking about his Quest to find a King "worthy" to Serve

I "Relate" to that Emotion in feeling a Strong Desire to Find a Mentor ... one willing to Share Valuable Knowledge and Skills with one eager to Learn

I want to Find Those with a Solid PLAN ... And the BALLS to Go For It

I Play to WIN ... Everyone WINS is the GOAL ... Who can "Relate" ?

Those that Understand No One can Get It Done "ALONE" ... Everyone needs "Help" at some Point

I want to Find Those who want to Accomplish something GREAT in this Lifetime ... make a Significant Contribution to Humanity ...

Looking for Those who's Priority List ranks Helping Others "above" personal gain

also Believe In Sharing Profits with those who helped Generate those Profits

I Admire Motivated Individuals who Know How to Make alot of Money without Lying, Cheating, or Stealing ...

A Group, Organization, or Company looking to Accomplish something Challenging but Meaningful ... who Need Strong Individuals "unshaken" by Challenge or Obstacles ... who Maintain Focus on Completing the Task at Hand Successfully

My Long-Term Goals Involve Advancements in Education (primarily Adult/Career) ...

I want to find Those who can Appreciate Someone like Me ... and Willing to Compensate Me properly for the Profits I Earn for the TEAM

I don't have to "like" or "agree" with Every Policy, Procedure, or Practice ...

If it Feels "ok" in My Heart,  No Problem ... I will Do what needs to be done
