The way the site works is you sign up for free, you submit your banner and the bottom banner is eliminated. The other 4 banners move down the line and you're now at the number one spot with your advertisement. You send your personal link out to all of your friends and they can all sign up. They then send their personal link out to all their friends (so now your ad is the second one down) and so on. The amount of people who visit your site by the time your site has reached bottom is HUGE. This costs no money to join and no one is actually making money. The benefit is all in the free advertising and networking of honest business people.
