Eddie Money - s/t a short review
Eddy money - s/t
A mix of classic Classic Rock, cheese (nothing wrong with a bit of musical cheese sometimes),
and the worst of all the dull cliches of that genre.
Some of the tracks take me back to a mis-spent youth of (not that) late night Radio Two/local radio listening.
Several tracks I know so well but always thought were someone else - You've Really Got A Hold On Me is a
forgotten classic (sounds a lot like Snowy White meets Thin Lizzy) and so's So Good To Be In Love (v funky),
Jealousy is very Elton esp. circa Saturday's Alright For Fighting singing over Led Zep's riff from Immigrent Song
(viking kittehs ftw)/Crazy Horses - nice sax and great love/nuclear war (not so)paranoia lyrics but such a shame
it's so blandly sparkly and radio friendly. Two Tickets To Paradise = cringe.
