‘Open House’ for Redressal of grievances –
Licensing and Medical related
With a view to ensuring effective redressal of grievances,
minimizing public interface and provide guidance on matters related
to licensing and medical, it has been decided to hold ‘Open House’
on every Monday and Thursday in DGCA Conference Hall between 3.30 PM and 4.30 PM. The ‘Open House’ will provide
redressal of grievances related to flight crew licensing and medical records. During these hours, licenses ready for distribution and medical records/ assessments ready for dispatch may also be delivered to identified and authorized persons.
