TeamWork revolution - What Sponsor do you choose?
How can you really choose who to sign up under in an online affiliate program?
Do you look for someone who appears to have a huge sign up rate, or someone who doesn’t?
These are two questions I once asked myself, when I was looking at programs. At first I made a bee line for the “heavy hitters†thinking, as most people do that “that they know what to do, they’ll show meâ€, then I went to the little guys too.
What I came to understand, and I think everyone needs to, is it is not the size of someones downline, or their “groupâ€, it is if they are going to support you and help you with what you need. Do they give you that personal attention that all new or even veterans of the online Marketing Industry need and deserve, are they going to treat you as a equal regardless of your experience?
This is why I know want to get this message out to people, don’t just go for the people that promise you the world, and over look the ones, that just tell you about themselves and what the program offers. Communicate with these people before you sign up, ask them questions, find out if they are willing to spend that time helping you, or are they just going to treat you as a number in their downline.
Even doing this is no way a full proof way to tell who is going to help you and give you that support, unfortunately there are people out there that will answer your questions and will make you feel “wanted and helped†until you sign up, then you are turned into a number. I know this from personal experience.
This is where TeamWork Revolution is such a fantastic company to join weather you are an experienced internet marketer or you have never done any marketing at all EVER. We at TWR are a family and everyone is treated equally, regardless of who’s “downline†you are in, everyone is working as a TEAM to help everyone, and no one is left behind.
Within our support forum everyone comes together to help support and give advise, our training sessions are run by not only the Owners of the company but members also. Now that is true TEAMWORK.
My name is Kathy Brotherton and I am a Co-Owner of TeamWork Revolution, I personally answer any emails that come to me personally or to the company, support tickets, I am in the forum to help members, I am also available on skype to chat to. We are not a company where you never seen nor hear from the owners.
Selecting a sponsor can be a difficult choice, so as I said earlier talk to a few, communicate with them, and also remember if you are apart of TWR you not only have your direct upline, but with the members within the forum and the Owners too for support, help and advise.
Many Blessings and Much Success

Great post Kathy, and the following relevant comments by fellow members tends to cement the 'teamwork' philosophy of members. Readers of this and other 'blogs', wherever posted should go to our forum for confirmation.

I have been talking to a guy who is interested in joining us at TWR but he was worried who to sign under i.e. because he was in canada and i was in England, but like i have explained it does not matter what part of the world you sponser is because we are always here to help, that i'm only a email away, or he can get me on skype, and if he did have any problems there's always great guys and girls at the TWR forum that will help.Thats the power of TWR work as a team not on your o

Absolutely agree.
Any business, not just a small home based business, requires long term commitment. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
And if there is no mentor to guide you or provide personal attention, you'll most likely to loose interest, give up, and repeat the whole process over again with another opportunity.
A great sponsor should be able to help you, and even challenge you to be successful.
