How Phone Cards Work

You simply pay for the calling time in advance and reduce the prepaid balance as you make calls. To make a call you dial Toll Free Access Number, enter your PIN number and dial the phone number you wish to call. PIN can be categorized in two types, these are PIN-Free Access and Permanent PIN. 

PIN-Free Access - How it works

No PIN to remember! You make a call without entering a PIN. When you sign up, you register your phone number with your merchant. It can be your cell phone, work phone or home phone. When you dial from registered phone, after entering Access Number the telecom switches automatically recognizing your number, and you don't have to enter a hard-to-remember PIN!

To place a call from any not registered phone number, just dial access number, enter your PIN (for "Jupiter" card enter your 10 digits registered phone number and your 4 digits password assigned by you during sign up) and dial your destination number.

Permanent PIN (Refillable)

Permanent PIN can be refillable / rechargeable. When you used up your phone card or the balance is low, you can add funds to your PIN at any time. At least one refill in 10 month required.
To refill your Permanent PIN find a proper phone card, select amount you wish to add and press button "Buy or Refill", or alternatively login into your account with your merchant. Normal procedure to login into account varies. For example, you can login into "My Account" -> "My Permanent PIN(s)" -> select phone card and the amount you wish to add and press button "Refill".

Every time you purchase or refill a phone card with Permanent PIN you add funds to your existing PIN.

If you are a first time buyer, after you select a phone card, you'll be prompted to enter your information and your account will be created. Or you can register now.

Selecting a Card

Several destinations Same Card

You can usually use the same card for any domestic or international destination. After you select the desired destination, you'll see the cards ranked according to the best rate. For several destinations check the rates for each destination and buy an appropriate card.
A card with the best rate to one country can still have low rates to other countries.

Best card to call to the USA from overseas

Chopin, TravelGlobe and AT&T are the best cards for calling from foreign countries to the United States as well as from one foreign country to another.

Validation of a Card

The expiration period on phone cards vary from 3 months since activation (first call) to unlimited expiration period (Permanent PIN) (at least one refill in 10 month required). View card's details for information regarding specific card.

You pay by entering your Credit/Debit card information in the required fields.
Credit/Debit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card and Discover card. Additionally Calling cards providers accept PayPal and WebMoney too.

The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the backside of the credit card (typically in the signature field after your account number or last four digits of your account number).
