The first image of the Kia VG concept has leaked to the web yesterday. The VG show car will debut at the upcoming Seoul Motor Show later this week. It previews the new near-luxury sedan from Kia Motors, which will hit the Korean dealers in September approximately four to six months later.

Built to rival near-luxury sedans such as the VW Passat CC, the new Kia VG concept features an elegant and sporty exterior design with some upscale design touches  including LED lighting in front and rear, panoramic glass roof and a set of beautiful 20-inch wheels.

Once in it's production form, it will be powered by an myriad of engines including both four-cylinder and V6  choices. It will also be applied with latest safety technology and 9 airbags. The 2010 VG will be the second Kia to feature a driver's knee airbag. So far, Sorento SUV has been the only Kia vehicle to have it.
