How to make sure I don't read your mailings

I have finally been around long enough to develop a major pet peeve. Whether your talking click sites, safelists, traffic exchanges and every other way you can use to get your ad to me.

1)my name is not Fname Lname.
   if your going to use an autoresponder of any time at least have enough care for the product
   your selling and the ppl you are selling to set it up to add the names of your customers. I
   delete without even reading the email if i see any version of the above.

2)Subject line.
   You do not have an emergency, I do not have an emergency. Nothing dire is going to happen in 
   the next 24 hrs if i don't read your email. I have not gotten a commission. You are not sharing the most wonderful thing next to slice bread. Your OTO (one time offers) do not know how to count. and if your not repeating it your buddy is.

3)Main body
   You are not "giving away" thousands of dollars in free products. I have downloaded enough of these free products to start my own library. and just the other day i bought 16 hard and soft cover books for 65USD so don't try to convince me that these e-books are worth more then they are. Granted some of these e-books have a set price and you cant sell for anything less then stated in the rights of the item. But though I don't know a lot I know your not giving 32,000 USD in ebooks. Your lucky if you get a 5 USD present from me for birthdays and holidays I am sure not giving out something worth that much.

4) I really find contact information and unsubscribe links to be very sexy in an email. I don't like having to go threw 5 OTOs just to get to the main site. if possible, if i have signed up for more then one of your sales compare your mailing lists database so i am not getting 2-3 of the same email. (not sure if this is possible but would be really nice if you can)

I don't know about others but those are my main criteria for getting your email deleted and not read by me. I know that some ppl put alot of work in their mailings and make sure thier autoresponder as well as their contact information is up to date and managed personal. To those of you who do so I really appreciate it and not only do you get your email read there is a larger chance I will take part in what your selling as I see someone who actually cares about not only what they are presenting but how they are presenting it and that they do care about their customers.

I am sure I will find more things that will make me not read an email. I ll update this list as things start to annoy me :D thanks for listening
