NPP, LLC specializes in securing funding for large-scale commercial projects ranging from $3 Million plus.  NPP, LLC clientele includes, but is not limited to:  Commercial, Manufacturing, Mixed Use, Condominiums, Fractional, Hotels, Casinos, Resorts, Oil, Coal, Other Energy, and Humanitarian projects.

 

NPP, LLC is currently accepting projects which may qualify for a JV partner with one or more of our private capital companies. Since NPP, LLC is a direct lender and does not “broker chain,” we require that you be direct with the project principals.  In addition, to be considered for one of these programs, your client must submit the following:

·         JV Land/Real Estate Summary form for pre-approval

·         Executive Summary to include Principal Bios

·         At least a 5-Year Pro Forma

·         Complete & sign the fund-specific reciprocating Non Disclosure Agreement

This is 100% financing and fund fees will apply to the client upon approval.  Large portions of NPP, LLC business is through Humanitarian-based funding, so clients will be subject to specific guidelines and qualifications.
