Systems to Success

Would you rather have a great company or a great system you could build any company with?

If you eve care what I think then it's a great system hands down.  Once I earn the system then I can apply it to any business model I chose and will get results.  I like the McDonalds Model.  Every one starts at the bottom and learns everything.  I remember working for McDonald in the 80's.  I started out on the chicken nuggets and fish fryer.  I worked there for a week until I really knew what I was doing. Then it was on to the grill.  Hambergers on right side and quarter pounders on left.  Put the meat down press a button.  Timer beeps and turn the meat click button again.  Final beep meat is done. It was perfect.  Today it's even easier.

So what is the right system?  For everyone it's a little different, but not much.  The right system allows the most unskilled to be trained and earning money the fastest.  I believe I have a system that does it and the companies to go with the system.

Put the systems in place and then put people into the systems. People will fail because they are what break in the system. At that point you replace them.  In network marketing for example One year I sponsored 17 people that turned into 200 in three months then went to 20 in a year.  What went wrong? NO system in place to teach an train my new people. I had to do all the work because the systems were not in place yet.  My friend Steve sponsored 23 people that turned into 35,000 in two years and over 23k per month.  He had a system that he plugged everyone into.  He didn't have to train his people. He got the companies experts to do it for him the right way.
