Why Am I Not Making Money On The Internet?
You may have asked this question to yourself a 1,000 times...
Many others before you have too.....
Since starting my business in 2002 I asked that question as well
to myself many times... You are defiantly no alone on your journey.
Here is a few things I have learned and hope it will assist you in growing your business.
Thoughts:
Business is not made from just opening your business. You may hear people
at times referring to their business as their baby and in some ways it is.
It takes time and knowledge, also most of it is cookie cutter with a couple twists.
Over time your business will grow and develop into a real full time business.
You'll also have what I call growing pains but, it in turn .... this is a good thing
because, you are growing and learning how to do business....
New business owners get to excited with their first couple ventures
and get so excited that they are just running aimlessly in no true direction or form.
Now is the time to stop running and just sit.....
Here is a couple keys to success...
A. Seeking your immediate up lines conversation is a must.
Call them often, make notes of questions you need to ask before you speak to them.
Take lots of notes it is hard to recall all conversations.
Taping your conversation maybe of help to you if both parties agree.
This will give you time to listen to what you may have missed or can't
remember in the future.
B. Once you have gained all you can from them, seek conversations / teachings
from your higher up line.
C. If they won't teach you immediately go above them in line.
Please remember most networkers have jobs and sometimes it is difficult to get
together for personal training sessions. Be prepared before you speak to them
this will make the most of both your time.
Remember... There is nothing so precious than one persons time for it can
never be replaced. Be thankful you have an up line that teaches you.
There are many networkers that are not so fortunate.
D. Your main keys to most of this is advertising / exposure and
how to promote with conversations on / off the phone.
E. Have a plan of how many hours per week you are willing to do this businesses.
You may want to keep a note book of your hours spent to keep you
focused on the time you decided to put it per week.
F. Do a business that interest you and the hours will come easy. You will work many
hours for free. I know this sounds horrible but, a business is built dollars at a time,
not in millions. If you are just doing this just for the money you may feel you'll get
discouraged and quit. (Picture going to a job you don't like daily this is what
a business of no real interest will be like.)
G Most of all stay focused you need to give what your doing a chance.
Once you start gaining knowledge and feel comfortable what your doing
in the business world the confidence will shine through
H. Ask your up line about Books, CDS & DVDs that would be helpful
All of this will take time ....
Just like anything this will take practice and asking a lot of questions.
You will get it but, you do need guidance and teaching. If your up line as far as
you can find will not help you... Other measures may have to take place.
I wish you the best in your business
