  3 years ago I approached some polymer-clay artists and polymer-clay hobbyists via a popular forum.  I had been with the forum for almost 5 months then. I told them I wanted to create a software that allows people to access their websites.  The software flips open like an ebook, to show their online tutorials.  The feedback I had wasn't great.  For one...

some "great" polymer-clay trainer was afraid of losing her job.  lol  And there was that suggestion that even if the software isn't sold for profits, it would be a breach of copyright.

That can't be further from the truth.  Do the makers of internet browsers like Firefox and Safari get sued when websites and blogs g et opened in them?  There are many cooking experts around but do they lose their jobs just because there are many recipe and bakery-related books around?  Of course not!

I gave up the thought of ever creating the software I wanted to create for the polymer-clay community.  And no one in the polymer clay community benefited because no extra web traffic was sent to their polymer-clay websites (except for one when he backed me up IN PRIVATE on an dishonest online polymer clay retailer who I had also previously made a complaint to the BBB.org but that's another story - I never got what I paid for which could have been easily tracked by Fedex).

Some months ago, I picked up some good old info.  It was written in 1996.

It was about a millionaire who lived in a condominium with his dog and family, and the condominium committee members.
