OWN YOUR LIFE

I grew up mostly in Yokohama, Japan where life is pretty structured & most Japanese, at that time, lived in an apartment complex owned by the company that employed them. They got up each morning & boarded a bus owned by the company & were transported to a building owned by the company, where they went to their desk & worked until a bell went off & they jumped up & exercised for 15 minutes until they got a lunch bell, then they all went to the company owned cafeteria to eat before going back to their desk to wait for the bell to get back on the bus to go back to their company owned apartment to eat & sleep so they could wake up and do it all again. How is it that different in America? Oh, yeah... we have rent to pay, or a mortgage to meet, & car payments. That company owned apartment & bus might be looking pretty good to some of you. My father went to Japan to help change that business model, make them more cost-efficient & give them more personal freedom. In Japan, at that time, the company was like a parent & supplied all the basic needs & the employee got a small cash allowance. My father was a student of Dale Carnegie & later taught for the Carnegie Institute. He was Irish-Catholic so freedom was paramount in his motivation in life. His family came to the USA in the 1920's and he fought in two American wars, he believed in the American Dream & instilled that in me. But, where did the American Dream go? Most Americans I meet complain of not having enough time, bosses that don't treat them human let alone appreciate them & never enough money! Most Americans are $600 away from bankruptcy. Why is that? Because most of us are taught to go to school, study hard so you can go to college & study hard to graduate in a mountain of school loan debt so you can spend your life working hard to pay it off, but then life happens & you have credit cards to help you through it & you're trapped. Most of us work from January through April to pay our taxes, and if you only get a W2 & have no 1099 income you're a slave & always will be unless you get out of the W2-work-hard-mentality. Why not join the Millionaire Club? According Paul Zane Pilzner there will be an influx of new millionaires over the next 10 years. Why can't you be one of them? But how? Yes, you could win the lottery or inherit it, but most of us won't have it fall out of the sky & into our bank accounts. According to the experts most of these new millionaires will come from a long misunderstood industry that allows the average person to leverage other people's time & efforts for the mutual benefit of all concerned. Donald Trump & Robert Kiyosaki devoted a whole chapter to Network Marketing in their book, Why We Want You To Be Rich, and why Sam Walton, the richest man in American, owns 4 companies (Pampered Chef, to name one) using network marketing as it's form of distribution. The biggest misunderstood about this business model is the PYRAMID idea. I don't run into the scam mentality much myself because most of the people I associate with are pretty smart, open minded & think outside the box. But for those of you who have allowed your minds to be poisoned let's define "pyramid scam"; it's illegal & what makes it illegal is that there is no exchange of a product or service with value for the money exchanged. So, if someone says buy this pen to write your name in this spot for $5,000 & then get 10 of your friends to do the same & when you get to the top you're rich... that is illegal... that is a scam. But the pyramid structure itself is what everything from the church to the government to corporate American uses. What is the difference with companies that use network marketing from the church or the corporate world? In network marketing, if you have a good comp plan, the guy at the bottom can pass those above him based on his work efforts & team building skills, so there is no ceiling in network marketing. I have one multi-millionaire who created an international food franchise in the 1980's and when I introduced him to World Ventures he couldn't get his credit card out fast enough. He says this has all the benefits of a franchise without the 6-figure price tag or the restrictions of territory. Now, I'm partial to my company, and what is sexier or more fun than travel? Plus, I'm shy with strangers & can't sell for the life of me, and travel is a no sales deal! I mean, we can set you up in a wholesale travel club -- I went to Costa Rica 4days/3nights all inclusive for $199, and was that beach ever beautiful, the food delicious, lovely room, the zip-lining, white-water rafting & horseback riding in the rain forrest were all part of the price! We can also set you up to get paid for booking your own travel! What if someone offered to pay you for brushing your teeth? You do it anyway, so why not get paid? There are more travel secrets... I travel for FREE! But more of that for those really interested in the secrets of living a champagne lifestyle on a beer budget. I love teaching others my secrets. People either want we have or they don't, either way we win because they either join our team or they buy retail travel using our technology which will save them time & money. No inventory to buy, nothing to store in the garage, no monthly minimums.... freedom to travel & enjoy life, and talk travel! Is owning your life easy? No, it does require accountability & taking action, but is it easier than the 9 to 5? In my opinion, YES! My company & travel may not be your passion, but you need to add a 1099 to your life if you want to get out of debt & buy back your life. Did you know that having a home based business can save you between $2,500 to $10,000 off your taxes? I'm no CPA so you need to check with one about your particular situation, but as a W2 earner you can't write off your cell phone, gas, portion of rent/mortgage and so on. Take your cell phone for example; if you spend $100 a month for cell phone that's $1,200 a year & if you have a home based business you get to write $400 of that off your taxes! In my particular company we need to travel to gather intellectual property so all our travel & related expenses are tax deductible! There are some key factors you want to consider when looking at companies & I'm happy to address these in another BLOG or feel free to contact me. The real message is OWN YOUR LIFE... It is totally possible. If I did it, you can do it! Judalon IOwnMyLife.net/coach
