so....How's life.....gettting on...
So ...How's life.?....getting on well?
It had been four months gone since the New Year 2008…..but it seems that I had not even made one simple or single part of my resolution. What had happened to me? No ideas at all – Is it that I am lazy or just simply procrastinate on my resolution. Well… I am not sure….but I think that I’m going through some stress or “depressionâ€. Guess if you all think that I’m trying to make excuses to blame on this depression. I won’t totally denied it as there was lot of frustration and unhappy incidents happened around me during these few month. But life just have to keep on moving so I decided to “detoxify†my lifestyle in order to live a more happy and healthy life.
I have find a solution to my “detoxify†program and the things that have to be detoxify in my solution : B.A.D.
B is for Behaviour. When we were small, we were always been asked to behave in a good and proper manner. While we have been trained to behave so, there tend to be some that have misbehave and that mostly happened when we grow older and mature, though most will blamed that nowadays that mostly the misbehave ones were the younger ones. That was not totally true because the fact is most of the elderly or the seniors just don’t want to admit it though they misbehave, they just know how to cover up in the mature way. As the matter of this fact, quite a numbers that had misbehave had put themselves into stress trying to cover up their misbehavior , which later on lead them into depression. So be more brave to behave in a proper way not just behave to show how good we are but to behave honestly to all.
A – for Attitude which was one of the most important things that had to do with our life. Everything we do in our life we need to do it in more firm attitude. Attitude is a habit that we apply daily in our lifestyle – we need to have a more responsible attitude in both work and study, should we have done something wrong or said something wrong, we just can’t blame anyone or anything. The things we need to check it out ….maybe are our attitude. Just like the procrastination on doing things are also have to do with attitude.
D – for Dream but then we need to make dream come true by desire and determination. Just like the saying – the one who dream and do nothing is a dreamer but the one who dream and do something is an inventor. So we need to make our dream come true also depend on our desire and determination. We need to make plan and vision a goal on our desire and determination to put things into actions.
So do anyone out there agree with my solution of “detoxify†program or maybe if there anyone with a better solution, you all are most welcome to leave your solution and comments to share.
