Here are the lies I was told by my old upline….

     You need to buy leads to be successful.

     You need to invest is advertising or wheel slots.

     You more you invest the faster you will grow.

Does any of this sound familiar?

I went through years of frustration in growing my team.  I listened to my coach and invested thousands of dollars over the years and encouraged others to do the same.  Yes, we had some success but found that 95% of people failed and most of those people that failed left the business in worse financial shape then when they started.  I found it difficult to sleep at night because my passion was to help people not hurt people.

I was lied to!

You see, people don’t join companies, they join people.  So I stopped marketing my business and started marketing myself.  I also started focusing on helping others learn the same thing regardless of what company they are in.  You see the more you give, the more you receive.

The fact is you don’t ever need to spend a penny in order to grow a team. You also don’t need to “find” people.  They should find you.

If you are struggling and wondering what you are doing wrong, let me be the first to tell you that it’s not you’re fought.
