You never need to retire!

Retirement from an employer’s job at a certain age is as true as death. The sudden change from an active life to an idle life is most awful. However, some people enjoy the retired life most pleasantly while some others just pass the time for doing nothing like a creative work, but viewing TV, listening music, reading some religious or other books, meeting friends and relatives, traveling etc.

 One must remember that the man who is living always engaged in doing some work acquires some more years  added to his life.

 There are several ways to remain active for a retired person.

 Engage yourself in some social works:

 If some one engages himself in some social activities, it is nothing but a very graceful decision. Doing some good works, for the benefit of mass gives real satisfaction in his life. Social activities may include giving his work experience to a charitable organization, teaching poor community, constructing school, hospital etc. or organizing some charitable institution collectively with like-minded persons for the benefit of the socially backward people.

 Seek some post-retirement employment: 

 It is also good decision to remain active in life as well as earn something for him and/or his family. However, it is possible for a limited period only, until his health permits to follow the employer’s time schedule.

 Completely offer his life in God's prayer:

 It is a very good way to enjoy his time after retirement for the person who is highly devoted to the god and his religion.

 Think for the self-employment job: 

 Starting some business like consultancy service, or opening a shop or any other such work.

 i)                    Consultancy service, by using his long work experience and getting specialization  in his subject may be a good choice, because it may suit to the personal convenience depending upon the condition of his old age and health.

 Starting Home Based business: 

 This option is really worth consideration; because it will give opportunity to keep him busy as well as get some financial benefit to live his life in better way.

 Although, many persons are of the mentality that they have worked day and night in their service period and earned a lot, and the rest of the life is for enjoyment only. But the meaning of the enjoyment differs from man to man. As such, they don’t want to do anything except simply killing the time as stated above.

 But imagine a person who actually need not money (because he has already earned a lot), but if he gets easy money from some where, can he simply throw it away! No, he will not do that, because money has such an attraction that no body can deny it; rather he will feel great happiness.

 In this way, a retired person must think about an active life with gain of some wealth and he will enjoy as much as he had enjoyed in his young age.

 Conclusively, it may be inferred that a home based business is most suitable for a retired person to spend his rest of his life most joyfully and actively. This kind of business is suitable not only for the retired persons, but also for the employed, house- wives and also for unemployed ones.
