Building a contact list

Over the years that I have dabbled in network marketing, one of the hardest things for me is to build a quality contact list.  I'm sure it's one of the main reasons I have had trouble succeeding in these types of businesses. 

I came across a website recently that promised to help me do this, so I thought I would give it a shot.  It was free to join, and works like a combination safelist - social networking site.  To date, I currently have a downline of 539 people, and 728 total contacts that I can send emails to every day.  I signed up for the pro version, and can have 5 ads running unlimited in the rotator, and can send messages to my contact list and downline every 2 hours.  Now they have implemented an earnings program.  I am pretty excited by it.  There is no flash and no frills, just simple contact with like minded individuals looking to earn a living online and maybe share their opportunity.
