COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES

Hi! i just wanted to share with you my experienced as Community Health Worker.

It started when I was detailed in the Rural Health Department after the change of our administration, from being the Executive Secretary to a Community Health Worker was a very challenging to me yet I accept this work because I also wanted to be expose in community pratice, while exploring my Public relation and management, hmmm... offcourse on the real field of this assignment I learned much about this community people, and starting to know about thier needs, and determined the most common health problems, while I see that POVERTY really lies on the bed of this community, this people who are in grassroots areas, where less access in health services, even have lesser chance of employment, where people only live as farmers as thier common ways of life, well getting to this unpredictable situations, my heart really feels that they really need someone who could provide them health services for free, Its just a blessing that was detailed in the area. health services in this community is less because of lack of support from the national level, mostly I only provided antigen vaccination to children age o-9 mos. old, and providing Maternal and Child health care, but we are really lacking in medicine supplies, because we only have a very small amount of allocation being appropriated for health services in this community. I hope that I could help this people even in a way of soliciting some medical supplies people withnevolent heart who are willing to make a medical mission. Please help this people.
