After a 22 year career as a World Class Athlete, it has always been very important to me to ensure continued good health and fitness by using great products that are superior.

I have been using x2o for approximately 6 months. I have to be honest and say that I have been a person blessed with good health in my life. I feel good every day-(fingers crossed!). However, I am an advocate of good hydration and passionately against so many of the products that are marketed to us today. Soda’s, Sugar laded Fruit Drinks, Power Drinks with false claims of electrolytes-which after careful label inspection shows only a few...Flavored waters with artificial sweeteners, products claiming Antioxidant value which turn out to be so minimal you can barely find the source on the ingredient label. All media manufactured misinformation.

Using something like x2o that is so good, so pure - to me, is an important part of my daily routine along with a running regimen. I want to keep feeling good as I get older. Choosing products that give me that benefit are priceless.

The main improvement I have noticed is a better skin which is a huge gain for me. Being an athlete alone gives you constant exposure to the sun. I come from the southern hemisphere where skin cancer is a plague and mine has taken a beating over the years. No amounts of lotions or creams have worked for me in the past. The change now is so noticeable.

Hydration is key for any athlete, no matter the field to achieve your goals and peak performance. More stamina, less muscle fatgue, better well rested sleep, faster healing time from injuries, and less injuries overall.  I hope you will take this opportunity to introduce x2o into your daily routine.
