Yes indeed, thanks for posting that. I think I may have fallen victim to this, but luckily the details I gave was my debit card which has no money in it anyway. I can actually confirm that it's a fake site. I sent the same kind of email to an email address I got off the actual Paypal website, spoof@paypal.com and this was the reply I got back:
Dear ............. ..... ...... ........, Thanks for taking an active role by reporting suspicious-looking emails.The email you forwarded to us is a phis

I've always wanted to read one of these but so far haven't clicked on one
for fear they also cotnained a virus!
They are deceptive... I also get ones from ebay, different BANKS that are
very legit sounding and various royalty and high officials from various continents
that need my assistance in order to get their wealth from some Bank
somehow....
that one would be tempting. Recently, a local woman did receive money
from an internet connection like this. She deposited and transferred the money

A lot of people read about these things but don't actually get to see one before the receive one - and the headings (Subject) are often designed to put a person in a panic with something like "Your PayPal account has been compromised" or "Unauthorized login attempts at your PayPal account" and a first-time recipient of one of these will often click the link to reset 'resolve issues' thinking their PayPal account is in danger!
