Refinancing your Mortgage 2008

Its been a shame what has happened to the mortgage industry over the past year. Especially to those who have lost their homes. I have spoke with many that in some ways were tricked out of their homes or promised cooperation and lost their homes anyway.

I currently am working with a broker in CA and hope to help people refinance now at great rates. I would like to hear from others who have experienced foreclosure in the past year or know someone who has and what it will be like rebuilding etc...
