ApSense Express problems

Hi everyone,

I hope you have all had a great time over Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. May 2008 be the best year ever for you.

I have a couple of problems with ApSense Express for which I have not been able to find answers to either on Blogs or in ASK!


1.  Until about 3 or 4 days ago I was able to log onto express when I powered my PC up and it stayed logged on until I closed it or I switched off my PC. Now I have to log in every couple of minutes even though I check the 'Remember me' box on the login. Does anyone else have this problem?

2. When I go and view the details of any item that arrives to my apsense express it vanishes from express so even though I have seen the item on the main apsense site I have no option to save it to my favorites on express cos it gone.

Does anyone have any ideas.
