The UnPaid Paid Survey (scam)
Last 3 weeks I started promoting one of the "lucrative" pays paid survey program. From the company I managed to get $200++ into the account (not yrt into my PayPal).
Then, what happen is, the company failed to pay me on time as promised. In addition of many complaint I received through my email regarding that company, I did a search on Google to confirm the allegations of non-paying that been commented.
To my surprise, there is even a website that dedicated to people who get scammed and not being paid as promised.
What concern me most is my own reputation as the people who read my ads and people who actually sign up under me is more than 100. Even though there is no fees charged to sign up, the folks do not loose anything but my reputation of delivering good offers is slightly tarnished.
What I did from there on is to stop promoting the company all at once by replacing the ads with a real paying company.
And because I use Clickaudit and link redirect, it is easier to do the change for the ads that have been sent weeks ago..
Therefore as the lesson if you're going to promote any program
1- Make sure the program is not a scam or your reputation will be at stake. Do research in Google or something.
2- Never use your affiliate/referral link directly. Use Clickaudit or any redirect so that if anything happen, you can change the link easily.
3- Be responsible to queries from people who ask you through email. Answer them the best you can.
Here is the Paid to Survey company that I currently promoting

I am guessing AW surveys? Yeah it kind of stinks to have to learn the hard way. Thanks for sharing you experience. I like the program you are promoting now I have been paid twice by them.
