I actually get most of my signups through free offline advertising.

I advertise offline for free by placing flyers with tear off strips
on bulletin boards at grocery stores, laundrymats, and just
anywhere I can find a bulletin board in my town and surrounding
towns. That's probably brought me more customers than the net
has and it's free.
