What kind of workout gives you a zen like meditative state and what gravitated you towards that practice?
Does the mind set help you in business and what do you cary over from your workouts to your business thats not onlyu positive but motivational for others?

You have asked some good questions. I was hoping to read what you wrote! but the picture is very zen! because it appeared without expectation.
