Real Coaching Radio Welcomes-Robin Hoffman, MA to It’s Coaching Network and Radio Broadcasts

Robin Hoffman will begin a new weekly radio program called “Authentic Femininity” assisted by Dr. Venerina Conti and myself handling the studio and providing male energy when required, otherwise staying out of the way. First show will air on Friday, November 9th, 2007Authentic Femininity at 10:00 AM MST – 12:00 PM Eastern and 9:00 AM Pacific.

This new show explores the authentic feminine . What is it? How is it being devalued and degraded in our society? What is the impact? How can we find ways to access and express the authentic feminine? What are the possibilities when we do?

For each show, we will choose a focus and explore these questions. Some of the topics for discussion include:

What is the authentic feminine?: We will distinguish authentic femininity from stereotypical social labeling.

Where have all the Feminists Gone?: We will explore the evolution of feminism from the suffrage movement through the failed Equal Rights Amendment and what has happened since. What happened to feminism after 1978? Why are young women "turned off" by feminism? How can embracing the authentic feminine move the conversation forward? What is available to us?

Transcending Gender: Masculine and feminine polarities are not gender dependent, they are energies. This show will explore how an individual can find and express their true essence authentically.

Sex and the Loss of Sacredness: How promiscuity and unconscious sex have undermined authentic feminine power. What is the current fallout of the "free love" movement? How has it impacted women and relationships? How can authentic femininity help us reclaim our power and return sacredness to sexual expression? What is available in relationships when we do? What happens when we don't?

Grrrl Power?: What challenges do young women face in claiming their femininity and their power?

Abortion Issue: Probably the most divisive issue among women. What would it take to resolve it? Where is the common ground for both sides? Can there be a solution in the authentic feminine?

Gender Roles: The authentic feminine and masculine have both been lost in stereotypical social definitions. Being a "real man" and a "good woman" by current social definitions has lead to inequality and abuse. How can we re-define these terms to allow for authentic expression of the masculine and feminine to open the flow of creativity and love?

Feminine Men and the Loss of Polarity: The divorce rate is higher than ever and climbing. This show will explore the impact when men try to be more "sensitive" and women try to "wear the pants."

Women Overwhelmed: Since the peak of the second wave of feminism, women have taken on the burden of generating at least half of family income while maintaining their responsibilities as primary caregivers and housewives. What is the impact on women and families? How can embracing authentic femininity help us find solutions to help relieve women from being overburdened?

Women in the Third World: How is the suppression of the authentic feminine impacting women in the non-industrialized world?

Mother Earth: Exploring the degradation of the feminine and it's impact on the environment.

World Peace: How has suppressing the authentic feminine contributed to global conflict and war? What are the possibilities for peace when we embrace and express through our authentic polarities?

Please join us for lively discussion and exploration of this rich subject. I look forward to hearing what you have to say.

In Peace,

Robin Hoffman
