I drink water.
I like to drink plain water. When I am really thirsty, there is nothing else that can satisfy me as a glass of water.
Water helps in eliminating toxins from the body.
The first thing I drink in the morning is a warm glass of water. I started to do that a few years back. I used to have severe acidity problem . I found that drinking warm water first thing in the morning reduced acidity.
I also add a little lime juice and a spoonful of honey to the glass of water that I drink.

Ah, I will have to have my son try that. He also has terrible acid in the morning. BTW I drink a lot of water, too. I was told that it cushion your joints, carries oxygen and nutrients to our cells, helps regulate body temperature and proper metabolism.

Thank you for the good advice and encouragement. I try to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Some times I succede and some time i don't do as well as I would like.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to do a whole lot of things. Recently
bought a bottle at a country market, but it's sitting there on the freezer
unopened.
Not going to do much good there, is it? :-) Do you find it helps joint
aches and pains as well?
