Getting Rich Is A Team Sport ! Team Builder Forum.

All companies big and small realize that to compete and be
successful they must foster team work within their organization.

If you do a web search on team building or team builder
you will find a whole industry devoted to the development
of team building and teamwork; Team building exercises,
team building games, team building events, and team building
activities.

So there must be something to the statement.
Getting Rich Is A Team Sport 

”Teamwork: Simply stated, it is less me and more we.”

This is the simplest, most profound statement about teamwork
that I have ever come across. It hits the bulls eye of teamwork
right in the center.

Also, in ten words, it illustrates why it is so difficult to bring a group
of network marketers together as a team. There is just to much me,
me, me ....."how am I going to profit" distorts the big picture and the
reality that a team effort will ultimately out perform individual effort.

There are people that right away see the benefit of being part of a team
and will often drop their pet project or at least give it second seat just to be
part of a team. 

Some want the benefits of a team effort but are unwilling to commit fully to
the team concept.

Then their are others that are consumed with greed....the me, me, me
syndrome and will continue on their own merry way to no where.

It's becoming more and more difficult to compete as an individual without
a team. There are thousands people promoting thousands of network
marketing companies on the internet. Most, an estimated 95%,
will never make a money at all.

The people that will be successful are the ones willing to EARN success,
are willing to help others succeed by being part of a TEAM, are willing to
INVEST TIME every a week toward team building (business building), and
ARE willing to PERSIST WITHOUT EXCEPTION..

Our Team Builder Forum is not about just one company. It is about
bringing together network marketers from around the globe and
molding them into a team.

We believe that the easiest way to build a network marketing
business is with the collective effort that only a team can offer.

We also believe that utilizing a manual controlled sponsoring system
will insure a fair distribution of referrals to all team members. The
automated programs and sponsoring systems have not made a
dent on the high failure rate associated with network marketing.

As a Team we provide a way for members to earn income without having
to personally sponsor a boat load of members in to any program that is
chosen for a Team Build. Our collective effort will help each individual member
succeed. Our system, simple as it is, will help members create an income that by
themselves would perhaps be extremely difficult if at all.

We won't quit on you as long as you are a member of Team Builder and
don't quit on yourself.
