Play with your kids! It is hard enough for us to find time
to be with them with all the pressures of life. Play some
kind of game requiring physical movement. They will love
you for it, and you will benefit in more ways than you can
imagine.

If you think you can you will. If you think you can't, you
won't. Snack every 4 hours (try oranges, apples, carrot
sticks, pretzels, and air popped popcorn).
