Weh will I get some referrals

Well folks I don't know about you but I have a hard time trying to get referrals.  My friends all have jobs and are not interested in joining programs where they have to work when they're online.  also some of them don't contact me as often socially I guess because they are sick of getting emails form me trying to get them to sign up for something they'll never use.  I know for a fact that if you don't have referrals most programs don't pay enough to motivate you to click emails for 1/10 of a cent could take your whole life to make any money.  I am very frustrated.  I have inquired about email lists where you can send people emails to get them to join but no helpful feedback on that.  I'm about ready to give up.  I'm sure tired of clicking ads.
